The Shell Seekers Giclee Print

I was recently discussing the bliss of being a grandparent with my daughter and she mentioned feeling sadness about missing my mother.  I remember the bond they had and the gratitude my mother felt to be blessed with 3 grandchildren.  They were her greatest joy in life and we all felt robbed when she passed away all too soon.  This painting is a tribute to that unique and precious relationship between grandparents and their grandchildren.  The title is especially fitting because The Shell Seekers was a book my mother loved and one of her favorite pasttimes was looking for shells with my daughter.
