Taking My Time Giclee Print

Most of us associate turtles with moving slowly, pausing frequently, and enjoying moments to just float. I decided that I wanted to approach my summer much like they approach the water. Watching turtles inspired me to reach for the bliss of slowness, the freedom of less commitments, and the peacefulness of pausing at any given moment. There isn’t a day where I’m not hurrying to the next activity, trying to fit just one more thing into my day. This summer I am lazing with my grandson, taking naps, painting with no pressure, and taking my sweet time each day. Interestingly, I am more productive this way.
