Nantucket is one of my favorite places in the world and it is also my birthplace.  The first house I lived in was on Cliff Rd and everytime I go back to Nantucket, I drive by to look at it and reminisce for a bit. I wanted to paint a tribute piece that captured the beauty of the island and the warm feelings I have for it.
