Welcome to the Victoria B Cooley website. By using this website or purchasing artwork, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Artwork

All original paintings, prints, and products offered on this website are created by Victoria Cooley unless otherwise noted. Every effort is made to accurately represent each piece through photographs and descriptions.

2. Color & Appearance

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in computer monitors, mobile devices, and screen settings. Minor variations should be expected and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be collected where required by law.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full before artwork is shipped unless other arrangements have been made.

5. Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped using reputable carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed. The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the artwork so that a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier.

7. Returns

Your satisfaction is important. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your artwork. Return authorization is required before returning any item.

Returned artwork must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the artwork arrived damaged or an error occurred with the order.

Custom commissions and personalized artwork are non-refundable.
